GAMBARAN PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL OLEH BIDAN DI WILAYAH RANTING CIBEUNYING KOTA BANDUNG TAHUN 2023

Mencermati manfaat dari pendidikan kesehatan yaitu dapat meningkatkan upaya kesehatan seseorang atau kelompok melalui pemberian informasi melalui media social. Salah satu upaya pendidikan kesehatan bisa dilakukan melalui media social, dimana media sosial adalah situs berbasis website yang dapat membentuk jaringan sehingga memungkinkan seseorang untuk beinteraksi dalam sebuah komunitas. Berdasarkan fenomena tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatn media social oleh bidan di Kota Bandung tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 87 bidan yang ada di ranting Cibeunying Kota Bandung selama bulan Mei sampai Juni 2023 menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa semua responden pada penelitian ini yaitu bidan memiliki media social, dengan mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan mengenai media sosial tergolong baik. Jenis Media social yang digunakan yaitu seluruh bidan memiliki facebook dan whataspps. Fungsi pembuatan media social oleh bidan adalah untuk komunikasi dan edukasi/promosi kesehatan. Sedangkan tujuan pembuatan media sosial di tempat kerja oleh bidan mayoritas sebanyak 47 orang (54%) menjawab sebagai sebagai sarana membagikan informasi Kesehatan.

Observing the benefits of health education is that it can improve the health efforts of a person or group through the provision of information through social media. One of the health education efforts can be done through social media, where social media is a website-based site that can form a network so that it allows someone to interact in a community. Based on the phenomenon, the aim of this study was to find out the use of social media by midwives in the city of Bandung in 2023. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conducted on 87 midwives in the Cibeunying branch of Bandung City from May to June 2023 using a non-probability sampling technique, namely total sampling. The results of the study showed that all respondents in this study, namely midwives, had social media, with the majority having a good level of knowledge about social media. The type of social media used is that all midwives have Facebook and Whataspps. The function of creating social media by midwives is for communication and health education/promotion. While the purpose of making social media at work by the majority of midwives as many as 47 people (54%) answered as a means of sharing health information.
