ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN JIWA PADA NY. F DENGAN TERAPI SPIRITUAL DZIKIR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGONTROL HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN DENGAN DIAGNOSA MEDIS SKIZOFRENIA DI RUANG GELATIK RUMAH SAKIT JIWA PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

F DENGAN TERAPI SPIRITUAL DZIKIR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGONTROL HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN DENGAN DIAGNOSA MEDIS SKIZOFRENIA DI RUANG GELATIK RUMAH SAKIT JIWA PROVINSI JAWA BARAT V + 106 halaman + 11 tabel + 2 bagan + 6 lampiran Gangguan jiwa yang menjadi salah satu masalah utama di negara-negara berkembang yang dapat merugikan secara fisik maupun mental. Skizofrenia dengan gejala halusinasi pendengaran termasuk jenis psikosis yang menempati urutan atas dari seluruh gangguan jiwa yang ada. Data dari Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat pada bulan Januari – Juni 2022 tercatat bahwa jumlah kasus skizofrenia 6.310 dengan pasien unit rawat inap dan unit gawat darurat psikiatri sebanyak 815 kasus, dan unit rawat jalan 4.680 kasus. Hasil studi kasus selama dua minggu di Ruang Gelatik gejala yang paling banyak yaitu skizofrenia dengan gejala halusinasi pendengaran sebanyak (57,1%). Tujuan studi kasus ini mampu menerapkan terapi spiritual dzikir pada Ny. F dalam mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran di Ruang Gelatik Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, intervensi ini dilakukan 1 kali dalam sehari selama 5 hari. Dari hasil intervensi yang dilakukan selama 5 hari didapatkan bahwa terapi spiritual dzikir dapat mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran pada Ny. F. Kesimpulan dari intervensi mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran dapat diidentifikasi dan dikendalikan dengan salah satunya penerapan terapi spiritual dzikir dengan strategi pelaksanaan (SP 1 – SP 4). Dengan demikian perawat mampu untuk menerapkan terapi spiritual dzikir pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran, karena berdzikir dapat meningkatkan ketenangan hati sehingga gejala-gejala penderita halusinasi pendengaran akan lebih berkurang. Schizophrenia with symptoms of auditory hallucinations is a type of psychosis that ranks at the top of all existing mental disorders. Data from the Mental Hospital of West Java Province in January - June 2022 recorded that the number of schizophrenia cases was 6,310 with inpatients and psychiatric emergency units as many as 815 cases, and outpatient units 4,680 cases. The results of the two-week case study in the Wren Room, the most symptomatic was schizophrenia with symptoms of auditory hallucinations (57.1%). The purpose of this case study is to be able to apply dhikr spiritual therapy to Mrs. F in controlling auditory hallucinations in the Wren Room of the Mental Hospital of West Java Province. The method in this research is descriptive with a case study approach, this intervention is carried out once a day for 5 days. From the results of the intervention carried out for 5 days, it was found that the spiritual therapy of dhikr can control auditory hallucinations in Ny. F. The conclusion of the intervention to control auditory hallucinations can be identified and controlled by one of them is the application of spiritual dhikr therapy with an implementation strategy (SP 1 – SP 4). Thus nurses are able to apply dhikr spiritual therapy to patients with auditory hallucinations, because dhikr can increase peace of mind so that the symptoms of auditory hallucinations sufferers will be reduced.
