Demam dengue atau DF adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue dengan manifestasi klinis demam atau peningkatan suhu tubuh ?37,5?C (Hipertermia). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Pemberian Kompres Hangat Pada An. D Usia 1 Tahun Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Hipertermia dengan Diagnosa Medis Dengue Fever Di Ruang Melati RS. Tingkat II Dustira Cimahi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian diambil 1 orang pasien anak. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan termometer digital. Hasil pemberian asuhan keperawatan diperoleh masalah keperawatan hipertermia berhasil diatasi. Suhu tubuh pasien diawal 37,9?C dan setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan suhu tubuh pasien menjadi 36,8?C, terjadi perubahan suhu tubuh sebanyak 1,1?C. Disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan penelitian lebih luas dengan mencakup terapi-terapi yang lain untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan hipertermia khususnya pada anak.

Dengue fever or DF is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus with clinical manifestations of fever or an increase in body temperature of 37.5?C (hyperthermia). The purpose of this study was to explain nursing care by giving warm compresses to An. D 1 year old with hyperthermia nursing problems with a medical diagnosis of dengue fever in the Jasmine Room, RS. Level II Dustira Cimahi. This type of research uses a case study approach. Subjects in the study were taken 1 child patient. The research instrument used a digital thermometer. The results of providing nursing care obtained that the hyperthermia nursing problem was successfully. The patient's body temperature before is 37.9?C and afther that the patient's body temperature becomes 36.8?C, there is a change in body temperature after being given nursing intervensions of 1.1?C. It is recommended for further researchers to develop wider research by including other therapies to overcome the problem of hyperthermia, especially in children.
