Program Studi Diploma III Optometri STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung 2022 ABSTRAK Nopia Siti Nurazizah GAMBARAN HASIL TAJAM PENGLIHATAN MENGGUNAKAN AUTO REFRAKTOMETER TIPE KR-9000 DENGAN TIPE CHAROPS CR-1 PADA MAHASISWA D3 OPTOMETRI STIKES DHARMA HUSADA BANDUNG TAHUN 2022 xiv + 39 halaman + 6 tabel + 1 bagan + 17 gambar + 20 lampiran Tajam penglihatan adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mengenali atau menerjemahkan objek sekecil mungkin secara detail dengan kontras yang relatif tinggi pada jarak baku. Pemeriksaan refraksi adalah pemeriksaan yang paling mendasar dalam menentukan kelainan mata serta terapi yang dibutuhkannya. Pemeriksaan refraksi dibagi menjadi dua yaitu pemeriksaan refraksi objektif dan subjektif. Pemeriksaan refraksi objektif merupakan pemeriksaan yang dinilai dari kemampuan pemeriksa dalam mengoperasikan sebuah alat, dan klien bersikap pasif. Salah satu alat pemeriksaan refraksi objektif yaitu Auto Refraktometer. Auto Refraktometer memiliki beberapa macam tipe, sehingga memiliki tingkat akurasi yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil tajam penglihatan menggunakan Auto Refraktometer tipe KR-9000 dan Charops CR-1. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi komperatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dan menggunakan lembar observasi dengan total sampel 113 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan klien dengan tajam penglihatan 6/6 pada Auto Refraktometer KR-9000 yaitu 102 orang (90,3%), dan tajam penglihatan 6/6 pada Auto Refraktometer Charops CR-1 sebanyak 111 orang (98,2%). Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil presentase akurasi tajam penglihatan, Auto Refraktometer tipe Charops CR-1 memiliki akurasi yang lebih tinggi untuk digunakan sebagai alat pemeriksaan refraksi objektif, dibandingkan dengan Auto Refraktometer KR-9000. Refractive examination is the most basic examination in determining eye disorders and the therapy needed. Refractive examination is divided into two, namely objective and subjective refraction examination. Objective refraction examination is an examination that is judged by the examiner's ability to operate an instrument, and the client is passive. One of the objective refraction examination tools is the Auto Refractometer. Auto Refractometers have several types, so they have different levels of accuracy. The purpose of this study was to compare the results of visual acuity using the Auto Refractometer Type KR-9000 and Charops CR-1. This research method uses a comparative study method, with a cross sectional approach, and uses an observation sheet with a total sample of 113 people. The results showed that clients with 6/6 visual acuity on the Auto Refractometer KR-9000 were 102 people (90.3%), and 6/6 visual acuity on the Charops CR-1 Auto Refractometer were 111 people (98.2%). Based on the comparison of the results of the percentage accuracy of visual acuity, the Auto Refractometer Charops CR-1 type has a higher accuracy to be used as an objective refractive examination tool, compared to the Auto Refractometer KR-9000.
