Objective: To find a picture of the problem taken with the aim of finding out the accuracy and causes of the deviation of glasses. Methods: Researchers used quantitative research methods with observation sheet instruments and questionnaires in the form of glasses inspection data for visitors to the STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung lab with a population of 22 people and a sample of 22 samples. Results: 18 glasses were found to be deviated and 4 glasses did not experience deviation in determining the focal point of the lens.
