GAMBARAN PEMAKAIAN LENSA PROGRESIP DAN LENSA BIFOKAL PADA PASIEN PRESBIOPIA DI OPTIK MAYA KOTA PURWAKARTA TAHUN 2019

Program Studi Diploma 3 Refraksi Optisi STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung 2019 ABSTRAK Ira Mayasari Syaepudin GAMBARAN PEMAKAIAN LENSA PROGRESIF DAN LENSA BIFOKAL PADA PASIEN PRESBIOPIA DI OPTIK MAYA KOTA PURWAKARTA TAHUN 2019 X + 37 Halaman + 6 Tabel + 2 Bagan + 5 Lampiran Presbiopia merupakan kelainan akomodasi, gangguan akomodasi pada usia lanjut terjadi akibat kurang lenturnya lensa disertai melemahnya kontraksi badan silia. Pada presbiopia pungtum proksimum (titik terdekat yang masih dapat di lihat) terletak makin jauh di depan mata di banding dengan keadaan sebelumnya. Gejala presbiopia atau sukar melihat pada jarak dekat yang biasanya terdapat pada usia 40 tahun. Untuk mengatasi presbiopia ini dapat menggunakan kacamata dengan lensa single vision, lensa bifokal, lensa trifokal, ataupun lensa progresif. Lensa progresif adalah suatu lensa yang memiliki bagian jarak jauh, menengah, dan jarak dekat dengan kekuatan cukup stabil serta bebas aberasi (penyimpangan bayangan) dan mata tidak dapat melirik ke area samping pada Iensa dengan daerah progresif yang tidak ada garis pembatas dan menghubungkan antara bagian jauh dengan bagian dekat atau bacanya. Lensa bifokal adalah Lensa yang terdin dari dus bagian dan masing-masing bagiannya mempunyai titik fokus serta kekuatan yang berbeda Bagian yang berisi ukuran untuk koreksi jauh disebut distance portion. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Gambaran pemakaian lensa progresif dan lensa bifokal pada pasien presbiopia di Optik Maya Kota Purwakarta tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu 2 orang (22,2%) menggunakan lensa progrsif dan 7 orang (77 8%) menggunakan lensa bifokal. Dari hasil pnelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sebagian besar responden yang diteliti pada pasien presbiopia di Optik Maya Kota Purwakarta Tahun 2019 lebih memilih menggunakan lensa Bifokal berusia 45 tahun. To overcome this presbyopia can use glasses with single vision lenses, bifocal lenses, trifocal lenses, or progressive lenses. Progressive lenses are a lens that has a long, medium, and close range with strength quite stable and free of aberrations (shadow deviations) and the eye cannot glance into the side areas of Iensa with no progressive areas The delimiter line and connect between the distant part with the near or read section. A bifocal lens is a lens that is terdin from the section box and each part has a different focal point and strength the section containing the size for the remote correction is called distance portion. The purpose of this study is to find out the overview of the use of progressive lenses and bifocal lenses in presbyopia patients in the Maya city of Purwakarta in 2019. Based on the results of the study obtained 2 people (22.2%) Using a progrsif lens and 7 people (77 8%) Using bifocal lenses. From the results of Pnelitian it can be concluded that most of the respondents were examined in presbyopia patients in the Maya optics City of Purwakarta year 2019 prefer to use Bifokal lens aged 45 years.
