PERBANDINGAN PEMERIKSAAN FUSI PENGLIHATAN BINOKULER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN WORTH FOUR DOT TEST DAN COINCIDENCE TEST

Program Studi D3 Refraksi Optisi STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung 2019 ABSTRAK Ayu Lestari PERBANDINGAN PEMERIKSAAN FUSI PENGLIHATAN BINOKULER MENGGUNAKAN METODE WORTH FOUR DOT TEST DENGAN COINCIDENCE TEST iii + 43 halaman + 8 tabel + 1 grafik + 7 lampiran Fusi adalah pertumbuhan bayangan yang menjadi satu atau persatuan, peleburan, dan penggabungan diotak yang berasal dari 2 bayangan mata sehingga secara mental berdasarkan kemampuan otak didapatkan suatu penglihatan tunggal, yang berasal dari sensasi (penghayatan) masing – masing mata. Pemeriksaan fusi dapat di lakukan menggunakan metode Worth Four Dot Test dan Coincidence Test. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dan perbandingan hasil pemeriksaan fusi penglihatan binokuler menggunakan metode Worth Four Dot Test dengan Coincidence Test pada mahasiswa regular semester 4 D3 Refraksi Optisi STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, data yang dihasilkan didapat dari data primer. Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran pemeriksaan fusi penglihatan binokuler menggunakan metode Worth Four Dot Test di dapatkan hasil sebanyak 12 responden (60 %) menunjukan hasil yang tepat dan ketetapan waktu yang tepat , sedangkan pemeriksaan fusi penglihatan binokuler menggunakan metode Coincidence Test di dapatkan hasil sebanyak 8 responden (40 % ) menunjukan hasil yang tepat dan ketetapan waktu yang tepat.

Fusion tests can be performed using the Worth Four Dot Test and Coincidence Test methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the results and comparisons of binocular vision fusion results using the Worth Four Dot Test method with Coincidence Test on 4th semester regular students of D3 Refraction Optisi Dharma Husada STIKes Bandung. This research method uses descriptive method, the data generated is obtained from primary data. The results showed an overview of binocular vision fusion using the Worth Four Dot Test method in getting 12 respondents (60%) to show the right results and the right time, while the examination of binocular vision fusion using the Coincidence Test method to get the results of 8 respondents ( 40%) shows the right results and the right time.
