HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI INTRINSIK IBU DENGAN MOBILISASI DINI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RSUD dr. SLAMET GARUT

SLAMET GARUT XIV + 38 Halaman + 1 Gambar + 6 Tabel + 7 Lampiran Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pada pasien sectio caesarea adalah motivasi. Motivasi adalah karakteristik psikologis manusia yang memberikan kontribusi pada tingkat komitmen seseorang, motivasi dapat diartikan sebagai kekuatan (energy). Mobilisasi dini sangat berguna untuk membantu jalanya penyembuhan. Secara psikologis, hal ini memberikan dampak percaya diri pada pasien bahwa ia mulai merasa sembuh. Mobilisasi meningkatkan fungsi paru-paru, menolong saluran pencernaan agar mulai berfungsi lagi, dan memperkecil risiko pembentukan gumpalan darah. Dengan melakukan mobilisasi dini, thrombosis vena dan emboli paru jarang terjadi serta dapat mempengaruhi penyembuhan luka operasi.6Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif , penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional, Sampel yang digunakan dipenelitian ini adalah accidental sampling , analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Chi Square.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan responden yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik tinggi yaitu 21 responden (60%) dan responden yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik rendah yaitu 14 responden (40%). Dan terdapat 16 responden (45,7%) yang melakukan mobilisasi dini dengan kategori baik, 9 responden (25,7%) dengan kategori kurang, dan 10 responden (28,6%) dengan kategori cukup sebanyak. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan nilai p p value (0,05) maka dikatakan Ho ditolak dengan nilai p 0,00 artinya kedua variabel secara statistik mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan.Diharapkan dapat dipergunakan sebagai referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas pasca sectio caesarea tentang mobilisasi dini. Motivation is a psychological characteristic of human beings that contributes to the level of commitment of a person, motivation can be interpreted as strength (energy). Early mobilization is very useful to help the healing process. Psychologically, this gives the patient a confident impact that he is beginning to feel healed. Mobilization improves lung function, helps the digestive tract start functioning again, and reduces the risk of blood clots forming. By conducting early mobilization, venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism are rare and can affect surgical wound healing.6In this study using quantitative descriptive research, this study uses a Cross Sectional approach, The sample used in this study is accidental sampling, data analysis using the Chi Square correlation test.The results of this study showed respondents who had high intrinsic motivation, namely 21 respondents (60%) and respondents who had low intrinsic motivation at 14 respondents (40%). And there were 16 respondents (45.7%) who carried out early mobilization with a good category, 9 respondents (25.7%) with less categories, and 10 respondents (28.6%) with sufficient categories. The calculation results show that the p p value (0.05) so it is said that Ho is rejected with a p value of 0.00, meaning that the two variables are statistically related. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for further research and improve the quality of health education in the implementation of obstetric care in post-sectio caesarea mothers about early mobilization.
