Malnutrition in pregnant women results in reduced nutrient transfer, resulting in stunted fetal growth and low birth weight (LBW). One way to measure the nutritional status of pregnant women is to measure LILA. If the size of LILA < 23.5 cm, the pregnant woman is chronically deficient in energy (KEK) who gives birth with low birth weight. Meanwhile, to unite the growth and development of the fetus is done by calculating the estimated weight of the fetus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between LILA and the interpretation of fetal weight in third trimester pregnant women at PMB I, Bandung regency. This study uses an analytic survey research type with a cross sectional approach, the research site is PMB I, Bandung district. The research subjects were 45 people at term pregnant women. Methods of collecting data using observation sheets, then carried out with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using distribution tables and chi square statistical test tables with 95% confidence degrees. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the upper arm circumference 23.5 as many as 39 people (86.7%). The interpretation of fetal weight 2500 grams 30 people (66.7%) The results of data analysis showed p value = 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between upper arm circumference (LILA) and the interpretation of fetal weight (TBJ) for pregnant women in the third trimester at PMB I, Bandung regency.
