Program Studi Diploma III Keperawatan STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung 2020 ABSTRAK Irpan Santosa ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN NY.S DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM PERNAFASAN: EFUSI PLEURA DI RUANG FRESIA 2 RSUP. DR. HASAN SADIKIN BANDUNG 89 halaman + 8 tabel + 2 lampiran Efusi pleura merupakan keadaan di mana terjadinya penumpukan cairan yang berlebih di dalam kavum pleura. Penumpukan cairan di rongga paru berakibat pada penekanan paru – paru sehingga pengembangan paru akan menurun dan mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan pola nafas. Didapatkan prevalensi efusi pleura sebanyak 80 kasus dengan penyebab terbanyak Tuberculosis paru efusi pleura di Indonesia mencapai 2,7 % dari penyakit infeksi saluran napas lainnya berdasarkan data dan hasil dari fenomena tersebut. Tujuan studi kasus mampu melaksanakan Asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Ny. S dengan gangguan sistem pernafasan Efusi Pleura di Ruang rawat inap Fresia 2 RSUP. Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Pada tahap pengkajian dengan metode observasi dengan melakukan pemeriksaan keadaan umum didapatkan hasil lemah, kesadaran compos mentis GCS 15 E: 4 M: 5 V: 6, tanda – tanda vital TD : 160/90 mmHg, N : 80 x/menit, RR : 28 x/menit, S : 36?C. Pada pemeriksaan fisik terdapat nafas cepat dan dangkal, menggunakan alat bantu bernafas, auskultasi suara jantung paru ronkhi, nyeri dada, dan pasien tampak lelah. Diagnosa yang terdapat pada kasus ada 3 yaitu : Bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan hipersekresi, Pola nafas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan hiperventilasi, Intoleransi aktivitas berhubungan kurangnya suplai oksigen. Saat evaluasi semua masalah teratasi, dimana sudah tidak ada batuk pada pasien, tidak ada sesak nafas, dan pasien bisa beraktivitas seperti semula, hal ini menunjukan hasil kriteria yang dicapai dan pemberhentian intervensi. Diharapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan, khusunya tenaga keperawatan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini dapat dijadikan masukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan efusi pleura. HASAN SADIKIN BANDUNG 89 pages + 8 tables + 2 appendices Pleural effusion is a condition in which there is a buildup of excess fluid in the pleural cavity. The accumulation of fluid in the lung cavity results in compression of the lungs so that lung expansion will decrease and result in ineffective breathing patterns. It was found that the prevalence of pleural effusion is 80 cases with the most common cause of pulmonary tuberculosis pleural effusion in Indonesia, reaching 2.7% of other respiratory infections based on data and the results of this phenomenon, the purpose of the case study was to be able to carry out nursing care to Mrs. S with disorders of the respiratory system Pleural effusion in the Fresia 2 inpatient room, RSUP. Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. At the assessment stage with the observation method by examining the general condition, the results were weak, consciousness compos mentis GCS 15 E: 4 M: 5 V: 6, vital signs BP: 160/90 mmHg, N: 80 x / minute, RR: 28 x / minute, S: 36 C. On physical examination, there is rapid and shallow breathing, using breathing aids, auscultation of the heart pulmonary sound, chest pain, and the patient looks tired. There are 3 diagnoses in the case, namely: ineffective airway clearance associated with hypersecretion, ineffective breathing patterns associated with hyperventilation, activity intolerance related to lack of oxygen supply. When evaluating all problems are resolved, where there is no cough in the patient, there is no shortness of breath, and the patient can move as before, this shows the results of the criteria achieved and the intervention termination. It is hoped that health workers, especially nursing staff, this Scientific Paper can be used as input to increase knowledge and skills in the application of nursing care in patients with pleural effusion.
