ABSTRAK Ramadhan Dianoor ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN An.A (8 TAHUN) DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM HEMATOLOGI : DENGUE SHOCK SYNDROME DI RUANG SAKURA RSUD KOTA BANDUNG Xiv + 48 Halaman + 8 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 5 Lampiran Dengue Shock Syndrome adalah demam yang berlangsung akut menyerang baik orang dewasa maupun anak-anak, tetapi lebih banyak menimbulkan korban pada anak-anak berusia di bawah 15 tahun,disertai dengan pendarahan dan dapat menimbulkan renjatan (syok) yang dapat mengakibatkan kematian pada penderitanya. Pada tahun 2012, masyarakat Kota Bandung yang terkena Dengue shock syndrome mencapai 5096 kasus dengan jumlah penderita meninggal 11 orang. Berdasarkan data tersebut penulis tertarik menulis karya tulis ilmiah berjudul “ Asuhan keperawatan pada pasien An.A (8 tahun) dengan gangguan system hematologi : dengue shock syndrome di Ruang Sakura RSUD Kota Bandung. Tujuan karya tulis ilimah ini adalah untuk mendokumetasikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan dengue syock syndrome dengan diagnose Hipertermi berhubungan dengan proses infeksi virus dengue, Gangguan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan berhubungan dengan intake nutrisi tidak adekuat, Kurang pengetahuan tentang penyakit berhubungan dengan kurangnya informasi. intervensi yang dilakukan dari tiga diagnose tersebut adalah, Observasi suhu klien setiap 2 jam sekali. Berikan kompres hangat, kaji pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi klien, berikan pendidikan kesehatan. Implementasi nya adalah mengobservasi suhu klien selama 2 jam sekali supaya untuk mengetahui keadaan klien, memberikan kompres hangat didaerah selah- selah pergelangan, mengkaji pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi klien, memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang penyakit dengue shock syndrome dan demam berdarah. Evaluasi keperawatan, Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam didapatkan hasil demam pasien sudah berkurang dari 38°c menjadi 36.6°c,pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pasien terpenuhi, keluarga pasien sudah cukup memahami dengan apa yang sudah kita sampaikan tentang pendidikan kesehatan. The purpose of this scientific paper is to document nursing care in patients with dengue syock syndrome with a diagnosis of hypertermia associated with the process of dengue virus infection, impairment in meeting nutritional needs less than needed related to inadequate nutritional intake, lack of knowledge about diseases associated with lack of information. the intervention carried out from the three diagnoses was, observe the temperature of the client every 2 hours. Give warm compresses, review the fulfillment of client's nutritional needs, provide health education. The implementation is to observe the client's temperature for 2 hours so as to find out the client's condition, provide warm compresses in the wrists, examine the client's nutritional needs, provide health education about dengue shock syndrome and dengue fever. Nursing Evaluation, After 3x24 hours of nursing care, the patient's fever results have been reduced from 38 ° c to 36.6 ° c, fulfilling the patient's nutritional needs are met, the patient's family is sufficient to understand what we have said about health education.
