Program Studi Diploma Tiga Keperawatan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Dharma Husada Bandung 2019 ABSTRAK DELIA MULYANTI ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA Ny.E DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM MUSKULOSKELETAL : CLOSE FRAKTUR RADIUS DISTAL SINISTRA DI RUANG MAWAR RSUD KOTA BANDUNG V+ 112 Halaman + 8 tabel + 13 gambar +Lampiran Sistem muskuloskeletal adalah suatu sistem yang terdiri dari tulang, otot, kartilago, ligamen, tendon, fascia, bursae, dan persendian. fraktur adalah rusaknya kontinuitas dari struktur tulang, tulang rawan dan lempeng pertumbuhan yang disebabkan oleh trauma dan non trauma.Close Fraktur radius distal adalah salah satu dari macam fraktur yang biasa terjadi pada pergelangan tangan. Umumnya sering terjadi karena jatuh dalam keadaan tangan menumpu dan biasanya terjadi pada anak-anak dan lanjut usia. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari bagian rekam medik di RSUD Kota Bandung 1 tahun terakhir dari mulai Januari sampai Desember 2019 adalah 163 pasien dengan jumlah 25 pasien perempuan dan 138 pasien laki laki. Tujuan dari penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah memperoleh gambaran dan memahami asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.E dengan gangguan sistem musculoskeletal: close fraktur radius distal sinistra di RSUD Kota Bandung. Data diperoleh dengan cara yaitu : wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi, catatan dan laporan diagnostic, bekerja sama dengan rekan sejawat dan tim rumah sakit. Diagnose yang muncul saat pengkajian pre oprasi nyeri akut, hambatan mobilitas fisik, ansietas. Saat post oprasi nyeri akut, hambatan mobilitas fisik, resiko infeksi. Kesimpulannya yaitu kerjasama antara tim kesehatan dan pasien atau keluarga sangat diperlukan untuk keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan. Diagnosis that arises when assessing preoperative acute pain, barriers to physical mobility, anxiety. When postoperative acute pain, resistance to physical mobility, risk of infection.
