Program Studi Diploma III Keperawatan STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung 2016 ABSTRAK Rifaldy Mahesa Putra GAMBARAN KINERJA PMO PADA PENDERITA TB PARU DI PUSKESMAS IBRAHIM ADJIE V bab+ 51Halaman + 4 Tabel + 2 bagan + 6 Lampiran Kinerja pengawas minum obat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengobatan TB paru, karena pengobatan TB sangat di tentukan oleh adanya keteraturan minum obat.Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakantugas-tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya yang didasarkan ataskecakapan, pengalaman dan kesungguhan serta waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja PMO Terhadap Penderita TB paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 35 orang. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat. Uji validitas dengan menggunakan uji konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gambaran Kinerja Pengawas Minum Obat (PMO) Pada Penderita TB Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie adalah 19 orang (54,3%) dikategorikan kinerja pengawas PMO tidak baik. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan untuk terus memberikan informasi dan pemahaman dengan cara penyuluhan kepada pengawas minum obat (PMO) tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan dan disiplin dalam meminum obat TB sehingga pasien penderita TB menyelesaikan pengobatannya secara teratur, lengkap, tanpa terputus minimal 6-8 bulan. The performance is a result of work accomplished person in carrying out the duties charged to him based on skills, experience and seriousness as well as time.This research aims to know the performance of pulmonary TB Sufferers against the PMO in the working area Clinics Ibrahim Adjie.This research is descriptive research, using this type of data collection using the questionnaire with sampling purposive technique with the number of respondents 35 people. Analysis of univariate analysis is used. Test the validity of using the test content. The results showed that the image of the performance of Supervisors taking medication (PMO) in people with Pulmonary TB Clinics in the region Ibrahim Adjie was 19 people (54,3%) categorized performance supervisor PMO is not good. Health officials are expected to continue to provide information and understanding by way of guidance to the Trustees taking medication (PMO) about the importance of screening and discipline in drinking cure TB patient TB sufferers so that complete the treatment regularly, complete, uninterrupted at least 6-8 months.
