Abstrak

Diabetes mellitus di Indonesia masih tinggi mencapai 41,8 ribu orang pada tahun 2022, Perasaan jenuh maupun bosan yang muncul pada pasien diabetes mellitus menyebabkan tidak lagi disiplin melakukan tindakan self-care maka salah satu manajemen dalam perawatan pasien diabetes yaitu keterlibatan dukungan keluarga dalam perawatan untuk mematuhi serangkaian tindakan self-care secara rutin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan self-care pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II, Jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, jumlah 30 responden menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling instrument yang di gunakan kuesioner dukungan keluarga dengan self-care teknik analisis data menggunakan Univariat dan Bivariat spearment-rank untuk menguji statistic hubungan dengan derajat =0,05. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 12 responden (38,7%) dukungan keluarga tinggi, self-care sebanyak 17 responden (58,1%) baik, terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan self-care pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II di Puskesmas Kadupandak Kabupaten Cianjur dengan p=0,037

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus in Indonesia is still high, reaching 41.8 thousand people in 2022, feelings of boredom and boredom that arise in people with diabetes mellitus cause them to no longer be disciplined in performing self-care actions, so one of the management in the care of diabetic patients is the involvement of family support in care to comply with a series of routine self-care actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and self-care in patients with type II diabetes mellitus, type of correlational quantitative research, the number of 30 respondents using purposive sampling technique, the instrument used was a family support questionnaire with self-care data analysis techniques using Univariate and Bivariate spearment-rank to test statistical relationships with a degree of = 0.05. The results of the study were 12 respondents (38.7%) high family support, self-care as many as 17 respondents (58.1%) were good, there was a relationship between family support and self-care in type II diabetes mellitus patients at the Kadupandak Health Center, Cianjur Regency with p = 0.037
