HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI TERAPETIK PERAWAT TERHADAP PENURUNAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN KELUARGA PASIEN DI RUANGAN ICU ( RSU PINDAD)

Kecemasan pada keluarga pasien secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi pasien yang di rawat di ruang ICU, hal ini terjadi jika keluarga pasien mengalami kecemasan maka berakibat pada pengambilan keutusan yang tertunda. Komunikasi terapeutik adalah komunikasi yang di rencanakan dan dilakukan untuk membantu penyembuhan atau pemulihan pasien, komunikasi terapeutik merupakan komunikasi profesional bagi perawat. Komunikasi terapetik juga dapat diartikan sebagai proses dimana perawat secara sadar mempengaruhi pasien atau membantu pasien dalam pemahaman yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitia ini untuk mengetahui “ Hubungan Komunikasi Teraeutik Perawat Terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Kecemasan Keluarga Pasien Di Ruang ICU RSU PIndad Bandung”. Berdasarkan studi kasus yang dilakukan di ICU RSU Pindad Bandung pada bulain Mei 2022, di lakukan wawancara terhadap 20 keluarga pasien yang di rawat, dari data tersebut terdapat 15 orang keluarga pasien mengalami kecemasan. Dari 15 orang tersebut 5 orang merasakan takut keluarganya meninggal karena dirawat di ruang ICU, 7 orang mengatakan pada saat pasien dibawa keruang ICU keluarga sulit untuk tidur dan tidak tahu harus melakukan apa, serta mengalami kekhawatiran yang berlebihan dan berfikir negative, 3 orang mengatakan melihat kondisi pasien yang dirawat di ruang ICU merasa sulit istirahat dan nafsu makan menurun dan emosi yang tidak bisa di kendalikan. Sedangkan 5 orang keluarga pasien tidak merasakan kecemasan dikarenakan keluarga pasien dapat mengendalikan emosi dan mereka mengatakan sering keluar masuk ruang ICU. Desain penelitain dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada keluarga pasien yang di rawat di ruang ICU RSU Pindad Bandung. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan sebagian besar perawat meakukan komunikasi baik, serta terdapat hubugan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kecemasan keluarga pasien di ruang ICU dengan nilai p_v = 0,000 dan di dapatkan r= 0,592.

Anxiety in the patient's family indirectly affects patients treated in the ICU, this happens if the patient's family experiences anxiety, which results in delayed decision making. Therapeutic communication is communication that is planned and carried out to help heal or recover patients, therapeutic communication is professional communication for nurses. Therapeutic communication can also be defined as the process by which nurses consciously influence patients or assist patients in better understanding. The purpose of this study was to determine the "Relationship of Therapeutic Communication of Nurses on Reducing Anxiety Levels of Patients' Families in the ICU Room of RSU PIndad Bandung". Based on a case study conducted at the ICU of Pindad General Hospital in Bandung in May 2022, interviews were conducted with 20 families of patients who were treated, from the data there were 15 families of patients experiencing anxiety. Of the 15 people, 5 people were afraid that their family would die because they were being treated in the ICU, 7 people said that when the patient was brought to the ICU, the family had difficulty sleeping and didn't know what to do, and experienced excessive worry and negative thinking, 3 people said that they saw the condition. Patients treated in the ICU find it difficult to rest and decrease appetite and emotions that cannot be controlled. Meanwhile, 5 of the patient's families did not feel anxiety because the patient's family could control their emotions and they said they were often in and out of the ICU. The research design in this study is descriptive with purposive sampling data collection techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to the families of patients who were treated in the ICU room at Pindad General Hospital Bandung. The results showed that most of the nurses communicated well, and there was a relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication with the anxiety of the patient's family in the ICU with a value of p_v = 0.000 and r = 0.592.
