GAMBARAN RESPON TIME PERAWAT PADA PASIEN TRIASE KUNING, MERAH DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN KELUARGA PASIEN DI RUANGAN INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSU PINDAD TAHUN 2021

Program Studi Sarjana Keperawatan STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung 2021 ABSTRAK Raafi Nurrahman GAMBARAN RESPON TIME PERAWAT PADA PASIEN TRIASE KUNING, MERAH DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN KELUARGA PASIEN DI RUANGAN INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSU PINDAD TAHUN 2021 v bab + 46 halaman + 8 tabel + 1 bagan + 7 lampiran Latar belakang pada penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan bertambahnya jumlah pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung pada bulan Juli 2021 menyebabkan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat menumpuk, ditambah lagi dengan melonjaknya kasus Covid-19 menyebabkan pasien dengan triase kuning dan merah lama mendapatkan penanganan dan dibiarkan menunggu dengan kondisi yang tidak nyaman karena keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pasien, sehingga menyebabkan meningkatnya kecemasan pada keluarga pasien yang saat itu sedang mengantar pasien ke ruang instalasi gawat darurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran respon time perawat pada triase kuning, merah dan kecemasan keluarga pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berupa metode desktiptif dengan rancangan cross sectional dan menggunakan data primer yang diambil melalui survei kuisoner. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 32 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dari 32 orang responden, respon time perawat yang cepat pada kategori kecemasan ringan sebesar 68,75%, respon time perawat yang cepat pada kategori kecemasan sedang sebesar 15,6%, respon time perawat yang lambat pada kategori kecemasan ringan sebesar 71,9%, respon time perawat yang lambat pada kategori kecemasan sedang sebesar 25%, respon time perawat yang lambat pada kategori kecemasan berat sebesar 3,15%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, respon time secara keseluruhan tergolong cepat dan mayoritas tingkat kecemasan pada responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan ringan. The purpose of this study was to describe the response time of nurses on yellow, red triage and family anxiety of patients at the Emergency Installation of Pindad General Hospital. The method in this study uses a research method in the form of a descriptive method with a cross sectional design and uses primary data taken through a questionnaire survey. The sample in this study were 32 respondents using purposive sampling. The results of the study from 32 respondents, the fast response time of nurses in the mild anxiety category was 68.75%, the fast nurse response time in the moderate anxiety category was 15.6%, the slow nurse response time in the mild anxiety category was 71.9 %, slow nurse response time in the moderate anxiety category was 25%, the slow nurse response time in the severe anxiety category was 3.15%. The conclusion of this study, the overall response time is quite fast and the majority of the anxiety levels in the respondents have mild anxiety levels.
