Perkembangan yang harus dicapai pada anak usia prasekolah salah satunya motorik halus, namun kenyataannya perkembangangan motorik halus di Indonesia menurut Riskesdas (2018) masih menunjukan masalah perkembangan berjumlah 88,3%. Perkembangan motorik halus yang terlambat akan berdampak bagi anak untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu stimulasi untuk meningkatkan motorik halus seperti finger painting. Dalam finger painting ini anak akan melukis menggunakan jari dan bermain dengan warna tentunya membuat anak tertarik untuk melakukannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh finger painting terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre-eksperimental dengan desain one grup pre-test post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan total sampling berjumlah 32 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner modifikasi KPSP motorik halus. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Mc nemar. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan kegiatan finger painting didapatkan data dalam kategori sesuai 14 orang (43,8%), dan kategori belum sesuai sebanyak 18 orang (56,3%). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Uji Mc Nemar didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < (0.05),dan didapatkan X2 hitung 20,05 > X2 tabel 3,841. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh finger painting terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak di Pos PAUD Flamboyan. Bagi perawat disarankan agar dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai perkembangan anak. Dan bagi guru dapat mempertahankan perkembangan motorik halus anak.

The type of research used was pre-experimental with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The sample in child care aged 4-6 years is 32 people. The research instrument used a modified KPSP fine motor questionnaire. The statistical test used was the McNemar test. The results of the study showed that before the finger painting activity was given, 14 people (43.8%) were in the appropriate category, and 18 people (56.3%) did not fit the category. Based on the results of calculations using the Mc Nemar Test, it obtained a p-value of 0.000 < (0.05), and obtained X2 count 20.05 > X2 table 3.841. It can be concluded that there is an effect of finger painting on the development of fine motor skills of children at the Flamboyan PAUD Post. Nurses are advised to be able to provide health education regarding child development. And for teacher to maintain childrens fine motor development.
