PEMANFAATAN RUANG LAKTASI DI FASILITAS UMUM (Scoping Review)

V Bab + 65 Halaman + 4 Tabel + 10 Lampiran Latar Belakang: Pemerintah telah menyediakan ruang laktasi untuk meningkatkan pemberian ASI eksklusif serta mendukung kegiatan ibu menyusui di luar rumah. Meski begitu, masih banyak ibu yang tidak memberi ASI eksklusif, pada saat ini akses layanan esensial seperti di rumah sakit, dan di ruang publik lainnya cukup terganggu. Bahkan, informasi tidak tepat yang beredar tentang keamanan menyusui menurunkan rasa keinginan ibu menyusui karena para ibu takut menularkan penyakit kepada bayi mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana ibu menyusui memanfaatkan ruang laktasi di fasilitas umum. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah literature review dengan metode pengumpulan data scoping review dengan 6 tahapan. Pencarian literatur menggunakan 3 database yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed, SagePub. Tahun Terbit 10 tahun terakhir (2011-2021). Kata kunci yang digunakan: “Pemanfaatan Ruang Laktasi”, “Ruang Laktasi”, “Utilization of Lactation Spaces”, “Lactation Room”. Jenis penelitian fokus utama adalah Case Series yang bersifat kasus yang dinilai dengan Checklist for Case Series JBI. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan penyortiran didapatkan 8 artikel yang sesuai dalam studi literatur ini. Hasil telaah didapatkan sebagian besar artikel menyatakan bahwa masih banyak ibu menyusui yang belum memanfaatkan ruang laktasi di fasilitas umum. Kesimpulan: Kurangnya pemanfaatan ruang laktasi dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya dukungan keluarga, kurangnya informasi atau sosialisasi dari tenaga kesehatan, maka perlu dilakukan usaha untuk memberikan informasi dan dukungan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta keinginan ibu dalam memanfaatkan ruang laktasi. V Chapter + 65 Pages + 4 Tables + 10 Appendices Background: The government has provided a lactation room to increase exclusive breastfeeding and support breastfeeding mothers outside the home. Even so, there are still many mothers who do not give exclusive breastfeeding, at this time access to essential services such as in hospitals, and in other public spaces is quite disrupted. In fact, inaccurate information circulating about the safety of breastfeeding reduces the desire for breastfeeding mothers because mothers are afraid of transmitting the disease to their babies. The purpose of this study was to find out how breastfeeding mothers utilize lactation rooms in public facilities. Methods: This type of research is a literature review with a scoping review data collection method with 6 stages. Search literature using 3 databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, SagePub. Publishing Year for the last 10 years (2011- 2021). Keywords used: "Utilization of Lactation Spaces", "Lactation Room". The type of research that is the main focus is Case Series which is a case which’s assessed by the JBI Checklist for Case Series. Results: After sorting, 8 articles were found that matched this literature study. The results of the study found that 5 out of 9 articles stated that there were still many breastfeeding mothers who had not used the lactation room in public facilities. Conclusion: Lack of utilization of the lactation room is influenced by the lack of family support, lack of information or socialization from health workers, it’s necessary to make efforts to provide information and support to increase the understanding and desire of mothers in utilizing the lactation room.
