Program Studi Sarjana S1 Ilmu Keperawatan Stikes Dharma Husada Bandung 2021 ABSTRAK Cynthia Oktari GAMBARAN FAKTOR - FAKTOR PENYEBAB PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 TAHUN 2021 V bab+ 56 halaman + 1 tabel +1 bagan+ 3 lampiran Latar Belakang : Diabetes melitus di Indonesia lebih dikenal dengan kencing manis, merupakan suatu kelompok penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia yang terjadi karena kelainan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin hal ini dikaitkan dengan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor penyebab pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 13 jurnal (10 jurnal nasional 3 jurnal internasional). Data base yang digunakan Google Scholar, PubMed dengan jurnal nasional menggunakan kata kunci: faktor - faktor penyebab, Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II Untuk jurnal internasional dengan menggunakan kata kunci: causative factors, Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Hasil : Hasil analisis dari 13 jurnal didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Gambaran Faktor - faktor penyebab pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 terdapat faktor yaitu Usia dengan rentang usia 40 -75 tahun pada mereka yang berat badannya berlebih, sehingga tubuh tidak peka terhadap insulin sehingga terbentuk DM tipe 2, jenis kelamin perempuan yang lebih berisiko mengidap diabetes mellitus dibanding laki - laki dengan indeks masa tubuh yang lebih besar. Sindroma siklus bulanan (premenstrual syndrome), Pola makan tidak sehat yang terlalu banyak mengonsumsi karbohidrat dapat menjadi penyebab timbulnya diabetes mellitus tipe 2, aktivitas fisik ringan dilaksanakan minimal 3 sampai 4 kali dalam seminggu serta dalam kurun waktu minimal 30 menit dalam sekali beraktivitas, obesitas bagian berat badan dengan rentang berat badan diatas 25,0 Kg. Kesimpulan:. Dalam penyusunan literature review ini terdapat 13 artikel yang membahas tentang Gambaran faktor – faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi kejadiaan pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 adalah usia, Jenis Kelamin, Pola Makan, Aktivitas fisik, dan Obesitas bagian berat badan. Research Methods: This study uses a literature review method. The sample in this study were 13 journals (10 national journals and 3 international journals). The data base used by Google Scholar, PubMed with national journals uses the keywords: causal factors, Type II Diabetes Mellitus. For international journals using the keywords: causative factors, Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Results: The results of the analysis from 13 journals concluded that the description of the causal factors in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus sufferers is a factor, namely Age with an age range of 40 -75 years in those who are overweight, so that the body is not sensitive to insulin so that type 2 diabetes is formed, the sex of women who are more at risk of diabetes mellitus than men with a greater body mass index. Monthly cycle syndrome (premenstrual syndrome), unhealthy eating patterns that consume too many carbohydrates can be the cause of type 2 diabetes mellitus,light physical activity is carried out at least 3 to 4 times a week and within a minimum of 30 minutes in one activity, obesity in part body weight with a weight range above 25.0 Kg. Conclusion:. In the preparation of this literature review, there are 13 articles that discuss the description of the causal factors that influence the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,namely age, gender, diet, physical activity, and obesity in terms of body weight.
