PENGALAMAN SPIRITUALITAS PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISA DI KOMUNITAS PEDULI CUCI DARAH INDONESIA KOTA BANDUNG 2020

ABSTRAK Nurhalisa Setia Ningrum PENGALAMAN SPIRITUALITAS PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISA DIKOMUNITAS PEDULI CUCI DARAH INDONESIA KOTA BANDUNG 2020 5 BAB + 71 Halaman + 1 tabel + 1 gambar + 1 bagan + 10 lampiran Spiritualitas sangat penting untuk membantu proses pengobatan dalam penyakit kronis, dapat memberi efek menenangkan dan menerima semuanya dengan lebih ikhlas. Spiritual antara satu pasien dengan pasien lainnya berbeda, terdapat pasien yang menyatakan mengalami keputusasaan saat kondisi fisik yang mengalami penurunan serta keputusaan terhadap proses pengobatan. Dengan dukungan dan semangat dari lingkungan pasien mampu melalui semuanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis dan mengeksplorasi spiritualitas pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa. Dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan 4 orang informan yang menjalani hemodialisa di komunitas KPCDI. Sampel diambil menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode wawancara. Pernyataan peserta dicatat dengan menggunakan perekam suara, dan kemudian ditranskipkan, dikodekan, ditafsirkan, dan dikategorikan, sehingga dapat membentuk tema. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 4 tema, yaitu (1) Mempunyai harapan besar untuk sembuh. (2) Mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan. (3) Mendapatkan dukungan dari orang terdekat. (4) Menerima dengan ikhlas atas penyakitnya. Kesimpulan: spiritualitas yang baik dapat membantu kesembuhan, serta dukungan dan kedekatan terhadap Tuhan menjadi penguat. Oleh karena itu, layanan keperawatan dapat memberikan asuhan keparawatan secara holistik meliputi bio-psiko-sosial dan spiritual. Karena tidak mudah bagi pasien yang memiliki penyakit terminal bisa menerima kondisinya saat ini. Kata kunci : Spiritualitas, Gagal ginjal kronis, Hemodialisa Kepustakaan : 35 Buah (2011-2019)

Spiritual between one patient and another patient is different, there are patients who state that they experience hopelessness when their physical condition has decreased as well as a hopelessness towards the treatment process. With the support and enthusiasm of the environment, the patient is able to go through it all. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explore spirituality in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. By using descriptive qualitative research methods using in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) with a phenomenological approach. The study was conducted with 4 informants who underwent hemodialysis in the KPCDI community. The sample was taken using purposive sampling with interview method Participants' statements were recorded using a voice recorder, then transcribed, coded, interpreted and categorized to form a theme. The results of this study obtained 4 themes, namely (1) Having high hopes for recovery. (2) Draw closer to God. (3) Get support from those closest to you. (4) Accept the disease sincerely. The conclusion is that good spirituality can help healing, as well as support and closeness to God to be strengthening. Therefore, nursing services can provide nursing care holistically including bio-psycho-social and spiritual.
