FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KINERJA PETUGAS UNIT FRONT OFFICE DI RUMAH SAKIT IBU ANAK LIMIJATI KOTA BANDUNG TAHUN 2022

Front office adalah area kegiatan pelayanan terdepan yang menangani fungsi-fungsi administrasi yang mencakup registrasi pasien, pencatatan data-data pasien dan laporan harian data jumlah pasien. Pelayanan front office rumah sakit sering mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap kelancaran proses penerimaan dan pendaftaran pasien. Kinerja petugas unit front office sangat penting bagi rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas unit Front Office di Rumah Sakit Ibu Anak Limijati Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya hubungan antara faktor individu terhadap kinerja petugas unit front office diperoleh hasil, adanya hubungan antara faktor psikologi terhadap kinerja petugas unit front office, dan adanya hubungan antara faktor organisasi terhadap kinerja petugas unit front office. Pemimpin unit Front Office harus mampu memotivasi pegawainya dalam menjalankan tugasnya, memberikan inspirasi pada pegawainya, menjadi motivator yang baik bagi pegawainya.

Front office is one of the main service activity areas, handling administrative tasks such patient registration, patient data recording, and daily reports of patient data. The efficiency of the patient registration and reception processes is frequently greatly influenced by the services front office. Hospitals place a lot of importance on the front office of unit officers. The goal of this study was to identify the variables that affected the efficiency of the front desk at the Limijati Mother and Child Hospital in Bandung. The chi-square is employed in this investigation. The findings indicated that there was no association between individual elements and front office unit officer performance, but there was a relationship between psychological and organizational factors and front office unit officer performance. Front Office's unit leader must be able to inspire and motivate his team members to perform their jobs.
