HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR (SOP) PEKERJA TAMBANG TERHADAP KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN APD OLEH KARYAWAN DI PT CIBALIUNG SUMBERDAYA KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG TAHUN 2019

Program Studi Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat STIKes Dharma Husada Bandung 2019 ABSTRAK Sintia Apriliani HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN SOP PEKERJA TAMBANG DENGAN KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN APD OLEH KARYAWAN DI PT CIBALIUNG SUMBERDAYA KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG TAHUN 2019 V Bab + 75 Halaman + 9 Tabel + 2 Bagan + 6 Lampiran Resiko tertinggi terhadap gangguan kesehatan dari beberapa pekerja adalah meningkatnya angka kecelakaan atau penyakit akibat kerja diakibatkan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap SOP dan kepatuhan penggunaan APD oleh karyawan. Dampak Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dapat mengakibatkan kesakitan atau cidera bahkan dapat mengakibatkan cacat yang permanen atau cacat tetap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan SOP pekerja tambang dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD oleh karyawan di PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya Kabupaten Pandeglang Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 312 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 175 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh penerapan SOP pekerja tambang sebagian besar tidak melaksanakan sebanyak 107 orang (61,1%). Kepatuhan penggunaan APD oleh karyawan sebagian besar tidak patuh sebanyak 96 orang (54,9%). Ada hubungan hubungan penerapan SOP pekerja tambang dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD oleh karyawan di PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya Kabupaten Pandeglang Tahun 2019 dengan p=0,006 ? 0,05. Penggunaan atau pemakaian APD secara rutin menyebabkan keselamatan bagi dirinya sendiri ataupun lingkungan sekitar agar terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja ataupun faktor risiko yang akan terjadi. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of mine workers' SOPs with compliance with the use of PPE by employees at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya Pandeglang in 2019. This type of research uses descriptive correlation. The population in this study was 312 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was taken using purposive sampling totaling 175 respondents. The results of the study showed that the majority of mine workers' SOPs were not implemented as many as 107 people (61.1%). Compliance with the use of PPE by employees is mostly not compliant with 96 people (54.9%). There is a relationship between the application of mine workers' SOPs with compliance with the use of PPE by employees at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya Pandeglang in 2019 with p = 0.006 ? 0.05. This research suggests that workers can use or use PPE routinely and pay attention to safety for themselves or the environment to avoid work accidents or risk factors that will occur.
